As a Senior Lead Product Designer at Cisco Systems in Silicon Valley I lead end-to-end enterprise features for multiple B2B SaaS products using our design system in Figma (s/o to Figma for changing so many lives!). This helps me to rapidly visualize, prototype and explore product mockups while implementing UX best practices that help drive innovation to our multi-billion dollar products.
As a lead, I am respibile for coaching and mentoring a team of four designers while collaborating with marketing, engineering, development, product managers, and other steakhosders. I occasionally participate in internal and external user research projects to evaluate results that help us deeply understand the impact of our designs have on our customer’s success.
Prior to Cisco, I worked as a UX/UI Designer at the Nissan Innovation Lab in Silicon Valley. I was the sole designer on the classified Concept Car division and was responsible for ideating, designing, and prototyping new in-cabin user experiences for unannounced vehicles of production years 2020 - 2050.
Outside of work, I collect and restore classic European cars, chase my toddler son around the park, or opening up a can of tuna for my Bengal/Maine Coone cat 😺. I enjoy reading about innovative technology, design trends, cars, and religious theology.
