Summary

In Fall of 2018, I was invited to participate in a competitive design challenge for Nissan and Infiniti Motors. The director of the Silicon Valley Innovation Lab provided a short prompt, a screen size, and one week to the participants. The prompt required a modern in-cabin infotainment system that was founded with Japanese-inspired principles.

Ultimately, I won the challenge and was offered a full-time position. One of my first responsibilities was to advanced my design that won the competition and was use it at an inspiration for a premium human-machine-interface experience for a prototype luxury vehicle. I was responsible for end-to-end features with respect to UX and UI. I worked with a full-stack developer and project manger, to create a prototype that was then presented to the Chief Design Officer of Nissan and Infiniti.

Note: With the exception of what I have below, due to NDA I am unable to share any more details regarding the project and the features that I worked on.
